UkrSEPRO
Each country is interested in definition of quality of imported production. Ukraine has own quality standard, extremely significant for the Ukrainian customs UkrSEPRO. UkrSEPRO is similar to ISO 9000 series of certificates for western companies, it is a confirmed indicator of quality for Ukraine. All wholesale sellers for sale of goods in the territory of Ukraine should have UkrSEPRO. For work in home market, this certificate also is very important in questions of trust and prestige of organisation.
Types of UkrSEPRO (different, basically, period of validity):
1) for individual delivery: UkrSEPRO Certificate is given to company-importer according to contract and invoice on products of this consignment of goods. For other delivery or other buyer this certificate is not valid.
For registration are necessary:
- Samples for carrying out tests.
2) for a batch production within 1 year: in presence of ISO 9000 Certificate procedure of UkrSEPRO certification becomes simpler, as for registration available documentation will be used.
For registration are necessary:
- give engineering specifications and production samples for carrying out test.
- collect information for checking production to meet Ukrainian quality norms.
3) for a batch production within 2 years: This Certificate is given after visiting the manufacture by inspectors and signing «decision and inspection Certificate», samples and checks of samples in Kiev. ISO 9000 will facilitate gathering of documents, but it is not the basic condition of reception the UkrSEPRO Certificate
For registration are necessary:
- Samples for carrying out tests.
3) on a batch production within 5 years: It is the most difficult and expensive certificate. Ukrainian organ on Certification will check up conformity of all requirements specified in ISO 9000, but it will be made during big enough period of time. After conformity acknowledgement work on production certification is made.
For reception samples are necessary to carry out tests.
Every year carrying out inspection control and additional check of production is necessary.

Terms of registration of UkrSEPRO:
After ending the check, you receive a preliminary project of the Certificate. Then original-certificate will be directed you on mail in 15 days.
