ROSSTROY Certificate
Purpose of carrying out certification of production in building.
- estimation of its conformity to requirements established in standards and specifications on production, including area of its application (that is conformity to appointment), and also resulted in building norms and rules to settlement and other characteristics.
- estimation on conformity to requirements of international and national standards of foreign countries.
Full estimation of properties of new certificated home or imported production, connected with reliability and durability of buildings and constructions (in absence of them in operating standard documents) is done by special programs establishing order and rules of carrying out certification of given production, indicators confirming conformity of production to its functional purpose taking into account features of production, conditions of its manufacture, operation, etc., and also techniques of definition of these parametres.
ROSSTROY Certificate - conformity certificate in GOST P system, is given out on production used in building, and confirming that production corresponds to requirements of basic normative and technical documents established for given production at certification in building (GOST, GOST Р, SNiP, PB, etc.).
Certification of building production may be obligatory or voluntary.
List of production which is subject to obligatory certification is defined in the Decision of GOSSTROY of Russia from April, 29th, 1998 № 18-43 «About obligatory certification of production and services (works) in building».
Scheme of carrying out obligatory certification is established by MINSTROY of Russia for production of concrete type.
ROSSTROY participates in technical regulation through edition of standards and other standard documents and through coordination and regulation of activity of certification organs and test laboratories in GOST P system and other systems.
ROSSTROY technical certificate is a result of check on suitability new kinds of production for application in building.
Indispensable conditions for certificate delivery:
- Presence of sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion (Hygienic Certificate),
- Presence of Fire Certificate on production.

Documents necessary for receiving ROSSTROY Certificate
1) Home producer:
- certificate on registration, statement on account in tax inspection of the applicant (seller), charter;
- engineering specifications, specifications (THAT) registered when due hereunder (VNIIStandarts) and necessarily co-ordinated with ROSSTROY;
- production schedules, technological instructions, technical processes (other documents in which "know-how" is registered);
- contract of rent of floor spaces or document confirming property right;
- Hygienic conclusion (copy);
- Fire Certificate (a copy if it is required);
- Earlier received certificates or test reports (desirable).
2) Import manufacturer:
- certificate on registration, statement on account in tax inspection of the applicant (seller);
- contract or contract on delivery;
- Invoice or specification to the contract, ТТН;
- engineering specifications, description of production, characteristic;
- Hygienic conclusion (copy);
- Fire certificate (a copy if it is required);
- Earlier received certificates or test reports (if are available).
