Hygienic Certificate

Sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion (SES, "Hygienic Certificate") on production is a document which is given by organs of Federal Agency of supervision in sphere of protection of rights of consumers and well-being of a person of Russian Federation (ROSPOTREBNADZOR). It certifies that production corresponds to state sanitary-and-epidemiologic rules and specifications.

To receive a GOST P Certificate it is necessary to pass a preliminary stage of a Sanitary-and-hygienic examination as a result to receive Sanitary Hygienic Certificate. Then in the GOST P Certificate a number and a date of SES conclusion will be specified without fail.

Period of validity of the sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion is from 1 month till 5 years (depends on kind of production, given documents, results of tests, and also on the decision of an expert,who makes examination ).

Experts of the Center of Production Certification "Standards-group" will help to issue Hygienic Certificate on production,collect documents and SES receptions of the conclusion will promote in the prompt.

List of necessary documents:

1. For serial release:
• Authorised documents of firm-applicant (regulations, certificate on firm registration);
• rent agreement;
• certificate on SES inspection of industrial spaces;
• specifications and technical documentation on production (TU,TI, TO, etc.);
• sample.
2. For batch under a contract:
• a copy of contract;
• foreign certificates;
• production description;
• sample.
